This particular tutorial is part of the Ezi Doors set of 11 tutorials for Intermediate or advanced builders. Supplies are full permissions so you can sell or give your items when completed.
#4 gives pictorial instructions for a pair of double wrought iron property entry gates, with stone pillars. Each tutorial in the series is a special door or gate build or design, including walls where necessary to show how the door or gate operates. Step by step instructions are given, along with pictures i.e. a 'notorial (pictorial notecard). Scripts and textures are supplied full perm and the builds make wonderful saleable items. The current set consists of the following:

You get a building lesson, and a nice gate.
You can get less expensive gates (some look a lot like the gate in this tutorial) but when you buy this you also get a lesson on how to build your own. I adjusted the gate size and textured the posts to match my wall.
Although the completed prim gate comes in at 10, you could reduce it by removing some of the details.
