This is a tutorial on how to build a candy train. With moving wheels, this little train is sure to be the hit of the party. It will rotate on or off around your tree or any area you wish. You can custom make this train to be as long or short as you wish. Add anything you want to the candy cane car, I gave you the teddy bear.
