**Eagle's Tutorials** Haunted Rocker Version 11-18

This is a great little build if you are building a haunted house. The rocking chair rocks by itself while the ghost fades in and out reading her newspaper. This is a good challenging little build for anyone. All the textures are full perm except 2. Those are the animated textures of the ghost. They are set to no modify. This should not effect you selling this build as your own once you've completed it. However, I ask you do not sell, or give away any of the textures. The scripts are open source so they may be given away.
