This beach cottage comes partially furnished with most decor items/groupings ranging from 1- 3 prims.
The cottage itself is 33 prims including stairs and windows.
The total prim count including decor is 67 prims.
You can resize everything if you choose to; however, this will impact how the doors function. I would advise removing their scripts if you do choose to rezise your cottage and insert your own door script.
The default size of this cottage is 18x27.
Please try the demo before purchasing. As my creations, decor ideas are more affordable and well copy/modify, this is non-negotiable unless double purchases are made.
