This cottage is inspired by the hobbit dwellings of the Lord of the Rings. The build is copy & mod, allowing you to change the roof and wall textures to match the ground on your sim.
Due to scripts used, the building may appear in your inventory as no mod. However, once rezzed, you will be able to modify it.
