The Eastman is a low prim cabin with plenty of room and features. It's a one bedroom cabin with a large great room and kitchen area. The working fireplace features opening glass doors and a touch to light fire.
All windows are tintable to 6 levels, from clear to full black. The inside and outside can be tinted to different levels. For example, you can make the inside black for privacy and make the inside lighter so you can still see out.
It also has the Wolf River Homes snow roof feature. Just touch the roof to change it from summer to winter, including icicles hanging from the eaves.
At just 147 prims it will fit on most parcels without eating up all of your prims. If you would still like to lower the prim count even more the kitchen can be deleted after rezzing, freeing up 57 prims. The fireplace can also be easily removed, which will lower it another 14. Deleting one or both of these linksets won't affect any other part of the house.
Don't let my low prices lead you to believe these are slapped together boxes. I search SL and RL for the best textures I can find and spend many hours making each home as nice as I can. Look around and I'm certain you won't find a better home for the money.
All of my homes are copy/mod/no trans so you are free to make any changes you like to them. Some of the scripts are no mod and this will cause it to say no mod, but anything besides the scripts can be changed. If there is something you may want changed and don't feel comfortable doing it yourself, I will do my best to help out and make it your own personal home.
