Added managers and the option to show or hide the log buttons in the designer menu.
Few small bug fixes in the bloggers menu.

The vendor system exclusively designed for event organizers.
Designers buy the vendor and load there item. Bloggers get added to a notecard in the server (that supports both UUIDs and names) and/or you can set a group and group tag for bloggers.
FEATURES:
- No-copy protection for no-copy/transfer items.
- Replace function (deletes the vendor and rezzes a new one).
- Notifications for designers and owner.
- Log (to see which bloggers got which items).
- Delete or replace all used vendors.
- Up to 200 vendors per Server.
- Low Lag!
Important note: Requires rezzing rights or group build in case of deeded land.
