this is nice, but....
this looks like a nice houseboat, but, it's also in what I call a "jack-in-the-box" or "easy rez box" I have had bad experiences with some, I like the look of the boat, but, add does not say it is in a "easy rez box". This is just a bit of a head's up. 5 stars for looks
