No need to click anything, except for opening the door of course.
Access can be set to Owner, Group or Everyone. Also includes a access list.
Door closes on entry and has a particle effect on teleport.

Is not working.
I purchased this for the simple design and clarity. However, when I load the landmarks into the content tab as instruction by the notecard and using spacing as demonstrated in the photos, clicking the text on the board does nothing. I have reset the scripts and set out fresh copies. No restrictions are on teleporting on the land nor is a TP routing point set. Surely Bob will help?
