If you purchase the DAE OBJ PSD version of the mesh you are allowed to use the OBJ / FBX to resize and rig it to other bodies on the grid if you have the devkit yourself. You are also allowed to re-upload all meshes under your own account so you're noted as creator.
You still have to comply with all the other rules of the ToS though!

It is important to know that some items need a auto hide, which is NOT included in this package and requires you to make one yourself. No auto hide can result in clipping with certain body shapes and sizes and animations.
