Ecclesia is an outfit inspired by the game Castlevania: Order of Ecclesia. The dress idea is borrowed from the main character Shanoa. Its is a elegant but empowering mix of a flowing gown and hard armor. They come together to offer a dangerous feel of elegance.
This outfit would be great for the role-play of a wizard/sorceress type, or maybe a strong woman of nobility.
