Note from the developer:
| The Tactical Flashlight is a useful tool used for illuminating dark areas, and even capable of blinding hostile targets. You can turn the flashlight on and off while it's attached to your body or head by clicking or using a gesture, and it can also be drawn into your hand for its primary use. Clicking while in mouselook will toggle the high power mode on and off which blinds people looking in your direction within 20 meters if you are using the combat variant. A non-blinding RP variant is included.

Instructions:
| Unpack.
| Attach a variant.
| Use included gestures to draw or sling.
| Click in mouselook while drawn to toggle high power / low power.
| The high power combat variant will blind avatars that look at it within 20 meters.
| Click or use the light toggle gesture included to turn the slung model on and off while slung.
