Eclectica Curiosities- Dark Victorian Dressing Table Set

.Hello and thanks for being a customer, as I appreciate the support for what I do, and love knowing that my creations are being used.

There are a few things you will need to know to get the most from your purchase.

All pieces I make are copyable and modifiable. Please make a backup of any piece before you modify it. If you forget, right-click on the item in your inventory and copy/paste it before you detach. That way, you may be able to redeem an unchanged version if you have an oopsy. Or in this case (furniture), just rezz another ;) .

These Dark Victorian pieces are original mesh, inspired by a gothy Victorian-esque look with Queen Anne curly legs. I wanted the timber to be slightly knotty, slightly distressed, and couldn't decide between glossy and shabby, so played up a bit of low-key specularity mapping ( try out advanced lighting!) . Anyway, it came out how I liked after a few tweakings.

There are coppery skull details for handles. Just for a subtle touch of devilry.

This set is based on an an intimate boudoir theme, which is quite dark dark. This pack includes a dressing table, a stool, and a cheval.

The cheval mirror is in two pieces- the mirror and the base. If you move the mirror, be careful to select both pieces. If you'd like to angle the mirror, select it and rotate it in the direction that it naturally ought to go. It will rotate nicely using the hinges that way.

The dressing table is quite ornate and will allow you to display accessories to good effect.

The stool will allow you to sit at the dressing table facing it, or turned towards the room for general conversation. You may adapt these poses to suit your room layout.

If you wish to edit size, hue, etc (any of the prim parameters), you may do so by using the edit menu.

The textures are enhanced with specularity mapping, and so turning on advanced lighting will help you appreciate this.
