Eco House.
Has a solar panel on the roof and a mini water wheel. 2 storey, water feature around house and mini waterfall to rockery and a back garden,

Drag the rezzer from your inventory onto you land and click it. Select Rez. Drag the rez box around and your house will follow until it is in place. Once you are happy with the position, click FINISH and you can delete the rez box.

Pretty good for the price, only issue is top floor stairs and missing window
Basically the stairs to the top floor don't have enough clearance to walk up the small raised stairs because the AV gets stuck on the slanted window roof, and part of the walled in staircase has no window or wall at all. For the price though, it's well done.
