Eden's Apple Tipjar

I made this in mind of lag, and movement, well I give to you a tipjar that will follow and is low lag. Ever hate working in a club and they have those tipjars that follow above your head but your either skipping around or pausing here and there, well with these skip or pause no more these guys have been tweaked to your liking. They just need to be rezzed and then you grant access but the person in the same group can touch and get 100% tips, For example if these are for pretty kitty club and the owner was wearing their pretty kitty tag then any employee in the staff group can sign into the jars.
