The Kansai Izakaya, Sake House is a type of Japanese drinking establishment which also serves food to accompany the drinks. The food is usually more substantial than that offered in other types of drinking establishments in Japan such as bars or snack bars. They are popular, casual and relatively cheap places for after-work drinking. The name "izakaya" is a compound word consisting of "i " (to remain) and "sakaya" (sake shop), showing that izakaya originate from sake shops which allowed customers to remain on the premises to drink. Izakaya are sometimes called red lantern. in daily conversation, because these paper lanterns are traditionally found in front of an izakaya. The sake house is perfect for roleplay environments.
The Kansai region lies in the southern-central region of Japan's main island Honsh. The region includes the prefectures of Nara, Wakayama, Kyoto and Shiga. Sometimes Fukui, Tokushima and Mie are also included. The Kansai region is the cultural and historical heart of Japan with 11% of its land area. The area also contains six of the seven top prefectures. The Kansai region lays claim to the earliest beginnings of Japanese civilization. It was Nara, the most eastern point on the Silk Road, that became the site of Japan's first permanent capital. This period (AD 710-784) saw the spread of Buddhism to Japan in 745. The Kansai region also boasts the Shinto religion's holiest shrine at Ise Shrine (built in 690 AD) in Mie prefecture.

Not happy :(
Bought this thinking it was going to be utterly fabulous and when I rezzed it I find that ALL the windows are alphas! The screens hanging down on the upper floor bleed right through the windows and the scripts in the doors are jerky as all get out. Needless to say I took it right back up off my land. That was 4000L wasted.
Of course I love it!
I love Ami and all her builds, happy to put them on my sim and to have been part of Hosoi.
