The Sphera Memoria is an item akin to the Rememberall of the Wizarding World.
There is a 20% chance that the wearable sphera will turn a red color when attached. All other times the smoke will remain white.
When the smoke turns red, a message will appear in local chat hopefully reminding you of what you have forgotten.
