I bought the Grand Egyptian Palace but noticed it was different than the layout at the Egyptian area of Garden of Davinci. Closer look demonstrated they combined the big palace with this villa. now I get it, and got both:) They work great together if you knw how to mod stuff.

Great Value For Money!!!

Super rich in details, so beautifully textured that you don't want to furnish it much. Amazingly low prims, fits on a 1024 sqm parcel, and you still have enough prims left for adding furniture. A huge furniture pack comes with the villa, including everything a "normal household" requires, plus such amazing add-ons as a snake charming chore, a falcon on a pole, and awesome looking guards to secure your property. The garden is fully equipped, and there's a nice roof tent for summernight parties; a turnkey solution for the spoiled Pharao or Queen.

I personally don't like teleporters in ancient themed buildings, but on the other hand, stairs are wasting prims and space. The builder found a great compromise: you're opening a door in the first floor, and are arriving through another door in the second floor - funny how fast you can un up and down the stairs LOL.
