Two elbow pads with hard abs plastic look and black leather strapping. Permissions are modify copy no transfer so you could easily do some stretching and make a pair of knee pads as well. attach points are right and left upper arm but could be changed. simply choose wear and size if needed.

Not very good
They are very primmy looking and they look very bad when the arm is bent. They look fine when the arm is straight. Not worth 10 lindens in my opinion. I wouldn't even pay one linden for these.
