This beautiful Welsh stiled Keep will be the perfect home for anyone to live in grandeur. It fits nicely on a 64x64 plot of land with pace to spare. It has plenty of rooms, and even a secret underground area hidden with secret entrances, there are quite a few secret passages to move about unnoticed. Also the statue in the courtyard out front hides a secret entrance to the underground area.

Surprisingly spaceous

Many "castle"-type builds end up being grand in view but surprisingly cramped inside, but a few get it right - and this is one of those few.
Spaceous rooms, and plenty of rooms to get lost in those first few times you're running around the place.
The corridors at first gave me that cramped feeling, until I got used to them and hey, they're corridors, they aren't meant to be large hallways - they bring you from large room to large room, they don;'t need to be large themselves.
All in all, for "just" 64x64 meters of land, this "little" castle definitely will be a palace.

One advice for those buying it:
Raise the rez-box a few meters up, depending on the terrain you're on raising the box 4 or 5 meters (or more or less - as said, depending on what sort of land you're on) prior to actually rezzing the build will give you room to see if your new palace sits nicely on the land or if your dungeon/lower floor is buried in the land.
The rezbox menu does have a terraforming feature, but where I rezzed it, the terraforming was made impossible (group-owned land, group owner wasn't online to set it so I had terraform rights so my lower chambers became buried).
If it's your own land, or the rezbox is group-deeded maybe, then it should be able to alter the land to suit its needs, leaving you with a fancy castle with dungeon...
