This is a decorative kusarigama, made using sculpties and SL prims. It doesn't have any weapon scripts, but if you feel inclined to make it into a usable weapon, feel free!
The kusarigama has an electric animated texture on the blades, as well as detailed textures for each prim.

Pretty much exactly what I wanted, just a nice looking kusarigama to hang at my hip. I took off the electric textures and the shorter blade to make it look more like a traditional one, so now its perfect. I dont care if it isnt mesh or if it isnt scripted, for 5L it is quite worth it!
Customizable
Its a Mod item, you can edit it however you want, it seems a bit rubbish, but few tweeks here and there changes everything. People nowadays want that everything was ready right out of the box, this item can be changed completely however you want.
Waste
This weapon was, in my opinion a waste of 5 linden. It is poorly positioned and scriptless.
