Okay, so maybe the name is confusing. How can grunge be elegant. Thats done by the outside looking like and old warehouse without much done and the inside looking like a new remodel, new doors, and refurbished windows. This could also be used as a club. Doors are in a fixed open position. Multi-level design will add a design flair to any retailers operation. LAND IMPACT IS ONLY 47 even with a prim count of 89.
Rezzing and placement: The rez box is almost in the corner at the front of the building which is almost center of the of build. Place rez approximately 10 meters above the ground and rez in the air. Once the buidling is rezzed and you can lower it down close to the ground but do not try to bury into the ground yet. Finish the rez at this time. The bulding is composed of 2 linksets. Go into edit mode and select both linksets together and bury the build into the ground at your desired height. Burying the build into the ground is important as it helps to reduce lag by build up of collisions on your property.
