This is an elegantly designed building meant for everyone from the newly-settled resident to the longtime SLer looking for a simple, Functional building with that certain look!
Only 51 Land Impact which isn't bad considering every detail is chiselled from ordinary prims! Yes, Due to magical properties of PRIM, CONVEX HULL and NONE used in the right spots, Functionality is maintained at a benefit of lower Land impact! :D
Only 2 objects (Building, Stairs) at 99 prims, 51 impact!
Even has functional sliding doors!!!
