Just could not help but admire the structural elegance of this architectural design in real life, so decided to make an optimal modular version for Second Life. Land Impact is 13, which is not bad for the more complex geometry. Dimensions are 10 x 10 x 5 meters.
Full-Perm Textures are included inside.
As always the 1024^2 texture limitation makes it look a little crappy in-world, it actually looks pretty great with the native 2048^2 maps in blender... oh well.
