Online Indicator, Manager version!!!
Frustrated with pages being missed? Like your customers/clients to contact you or your managers directly via IM so they can be replied to even when offline?
Personally: I prefer to be contacted via IM because I have 'SL email notifications' turned on. This means that capping does not affect my messages, and I can reply to IM's via my email while I'm offline.
Problem: While I have tried many great Online Indicators I found all the contacting methods to be unsuitable for my purposes; A Page/Message is silent, often gets lost in my over populated local chat and/or could not be replied to offline.
Enter Elementals Online Indicator for you or your managers! Nothing complex just a simple online/offline indicator that can be associated with any avatar including yourself. Plus the best part, an added private message feature; When a customer/client clicks this Online Indicator a private message is sent in local chat. This message displays a link to the associated avatars personal profile and directs the customer/client to open the profile and send a private IM.

Manager Online Indicator VS Online Indicator? Help! Whats the difference?
Both look and function the same; show online/offline status and send a private message in local chat with profile link.
The difference is two things; First the message is slightly different, being that the Manger's Indicator refers to the manger by name, while the standard indicator is more personal ('Me/my' vs 'Avatar Name').
The Second bigger difference is that the Manager's Indicator can be associated to you or ANY other avatar {they have to touch it}, while the standard indicator is Owner Only.
The difference may come down to personal taste, so again please feel free to come inworld and click the display ones :)
