This is a modern school building featuring an open floor plan. It would also be great for a daycare. With a few texture changes it could also serve as a shop or an office building. It has a working fire alarm (click to sound the alarm) as well as working ceiling lights (click on and off). The building also has a deep base for uneven terrain. Raise or sink it as needed. The building alone is 30 prims.

It boasts a built in stage area for recitals and plays, that has a back stage room (with stage access) to the side.

Included in this package are a set of menu driven (alpha texture) stage props. You can click around on them and create a very nice setting, you can even choose to make one (or all) invisible. They are phantom so they wont get in the way of your movements. It is set up with pre-loaded barnyard, Halloween, and Christmas textures with a convenient menu. Stage props are 5 prim total and copy only.
2 nap mats, one boy and one girl. They are copy only and 2 prims each.
There is also a colorful teacher's stool. It is 1 prim and copy only.
As well as a simple game board with clickable dice to entertain your students. The game board and dice are 1 prim each.
The total prims when your rez out the school are only 42.
The stage props, game, stool, and nap mats can be removed easily and leave you with a land impact of only 30.
