Elite Clock Tower (JIB)

Elite Clock Tower Building, some would refer to it as a Town Hall Building. This building has a footprint of 50x48meters, and a land impact of 367. The exterior is a stunning replica of rural american city center and has a working clock with medieval figures. 1st floor has a lobby and 5 offices to conduct city business. 2nd floor houses the large Courtroom with Judges chambers and Jury room. 3rd floor has a reception area and 2 large offices for elected officials ie. Mayor, City manager etc. Must see in-world to fully appreciate.
