Eliteleport teleports avatars walking through a prim to a grid-wide destination without them having to touch or sit on anything. just walk through.
Scrips use Experience. So the teleporter must be on land that has "The Elite" experience allowed and users are invited to accept this experience the first time they use one of these teleporters.
