[Elvmir] Cherry Head BOM Applier

A BOM Applier for Cherry Head. Only applies to the head skin.

Please note the Cherry Head will NOT work with LLUV skins, you need a BOM skin specifically created for the Cherry Head.
Furthermore, the EARS on cherry head will not have the correct texture, it's recommended to use separate ears instead.
