This is a small one person rescue dingy.
I have included large and small versions for your convenience as all avatars are different.
How it works.
Simply wear it. The next time you land in the water a small rescue dingy will rezz allowing you to get to the nearest land. When you arrive at the land simply drive the dingy up on to the beach and it will disappear automatically.
Since its worn and already in world there is no need for rez rights on the sim.
The scripts are specially written to keep running even if you enter a "no script" parcel.
