A fine banner topped by a string of glowing light bulbs to display your posters, advertisements or photos.
Just 2 LI and fully modifiable. It is unscripted.
Drag your texture onto the Banner surface.
You can tint the poles - they are a basic silver metal texture - or re-texture them to your requirements.
The stringlights are set to fullbright and have a very light glow on them. You can modify them by tinting, reducing or increasing the glow and turning off fullbright - to your preference.
