Emma's Ghost Greeter

A cute little ghost wearing a witch's hat and carrying an animated balloon to greet your visitors - within a 5 meter range - with a booming "welcome" in sound and in local chat with your visitor's display name.
It will only greet each visitor one time so as not to become annoying.
As well saying "welcome", it will also send out a cloud of bats - well... 'cos... like... Halloween!
Just 3 LI / 3 prims and you can modify the prims.
And you can make as many copies as you wish.
