16 LI / prims cottage + 18 LI / prims of accessories, mod/copy/no transfer
A very low prim and really pretty cottage with lovely features and accessories (everything copy & modifiable), suitable for pixies and leprechauns but other tenants may apply also :)
Cottage largest dimension (roof) 16 long x 12 wide.
The ivy covered cottage with pitched weathered roof and smoking chimney has a brick fire place, wooden floor and roof trusses, 2 windows with beautiful detailing, a door which opens / closes on touch, and whitewashed walls. And only 16 LI / prims...
The fire can be lit and unlit through chat commands, and customised via note card - instructions provided. And you can turn on / off the chimney smoke with a single touch.
Included in this pack are the accessories (18 LI):
a rocking chair with sit pose, a chest for your treasures with a hinged lid and a cosy rug,
and for your garden a large 30x30 landscape ground sculpt with a flower meadow texture, 4 different types of plants - rezz as many as you need: wisteria, poppies, asters and black eyed susan & resize to your requirements. The wisteria looks really pretty attached to the roof :).
Also a cute bee hive with buzzing bees - touch to make the bees come out, and a wheelbarrow (5 prims) with a nice animation for the tired gardener...

The start of my inventory problems.
I had purchased a few items from Emma before I found this house, a barn, a few knick knacks, a tchotchke or two... then I made the mistake of purchasing the demo for this house and I was off to the races.
I don't own every item in the Blue Moose MarketPlace store, but that's only because I like to pretend I'm not obsessed with the beautiful things Ms Krokus turns out on a regular basis. It's lovely. You won't be disappointed.

This cottage is beautifully made, with attention to detail, and comes with many accessories to help you recreate an authentic Irish cottage. Everything Emma makes is highly detailed and low prim - just great!
