A simple fishing shack with working windows and doors with attached dock.
Not your average Prefab. It's set up for a simple mod here and there and comes with all the textures. Comes complete with working windows and door. Simply change the door script to make it a locking door.
Fits nicely on an island or lake.
Footprint 24m x 15m.
