When you receive your pool, you will need to activate the fish box that lets the fish know their boundaries. Edit and move the water to one side. Touch the pink box to activate the Koi fish and then touch each fish under the fountain to start them swimming. When done, you can edit the pink box and make it transparent. Now edit and move the water back in place. And you're done.
