Our Enchanted Fantasy Gothic collection continues with our Enchantment of Thorns Tree Gate ~ Thorns Ferns & Light Ray.
This mesh, copy and modify item features an old bare tree which has untidy bare branches, over grown thorns, and a black fern patch to one side at the base. The tree has "grown" around an abandoned broken, round, ornate, rusted black metal gate and to complete the eerie decorative item there is also a moving light ray linked to it – script not included The size of the tree gate is approx. 2.7m x 3.3m x 5.2m.
Also included as a bonus, but not included in the prim count, is a larger tree approx. 3.8m x 4.6m 7.4m, which weighs in at 20LI for those who like larger items for added impact to a scheme or scene.
MAIN NOTE:
This item has been designed as a decorative, abandoned Gothic or dark forest gateway. This item is decorative and the gate is not a functioning gate though, as the item is copy and modify, you may wish to unlink and edit the gate side section that is on the floor and reposition it vertically within the central gate frame and other side piece of the gate and insert your own animation / script enabling the gate to open and close.
Also, for those perfectionists: The item is phantom so you may walk through it. If you wish to use the item as a “normal” gateway carrying out the edits mentioned above, then you may prefer to uncheck the phantom box when the object is in edit mode.
The tree gate would make a great addition to any cemetery, Gothic garden, Halloween, grave yard, or haunted forest theme. Or, you may wish to add your own script and transform the item into a portal.
