This building is modelled on a typical Victorian engine shed. Engine sheds were originally used to house, repair and maintain locomotives when not being used, but as listed buildings are now increasingly being repurposed as venues for conferences, concerts, and theatrical productions, etc.
This product has a footprint of 22m x 40m, and is easily modified or scaled to other sizes. It is offered as a two-door (LI 15) and a four-door (LI 17) version. It is provided with a wood flooring texture for event usage, but this can be changed if the building is to be used as originally intended.
