Normal version has no script.It means you cant drive the train.
But you can modify and copy it.If you have script skill,you would be able to put driving script or some script in it,and you can enjoy drive.

And because they are made for machinima, may not necessarily match the needs of anyone who wants to use the normal, for example decorate your own land.
