This is a scripted utility that prospective Moon Control customers can use to check whether they have the rights to change the environment on their land parcel.
On mainland and on Linden Home parcels, this is the case. However, Some private estates that rent land to residents may not have their regions set up to allow the region environment to be overridden on a parcel basis. Thus, rental land parcels on private estates may not be permitted to override the region environment.
This utility is used to determine whether or not the resident can make such changes. It will also inform the owner if there is no environment on the parcel to change.
In either of these cases, you may wish to contact your landlord about having this changed.
