Epinephrine Syringe v1.3

This syringe of epinephrine interacts with the Mercy patient HUD. When used during a resuscitation (cardiac arrest) situation, this medication increases the chance of a patient responding to defibrillation, or if in asystole will cause them to (possibly) automatically go back into ventricular fibrillation. When given to an avatar whose heart is beating, it acts as a stimulant, increasing heart rate and blood pressure. In addition, it will relieve allergy symptoms (adrenaline is useful stuff).
