Walking up the stairs at the illumnated entrance leeds you to a sun canopy, round windows and the modern front door that opens automaticly for you and your guests.
The first look inside will give you a very open and wide look into this one room villa which is partly devided through a cozy fireplace with softly blazing flames.
Floor to ceiling windows let you enjoy your trees, greens and decoration around your estate.
The main focus on this villa was to make every window frame look different - of course with high quality textures that will make you think you have real wood in front of you.
Walking through the double door and leaving the inner room brings you to the pool area with smoothly animated water and a lot of space to relax and enjoy the sun on the terrace.
Round stairs will bring you out of the pool area and let you explore your estate.
Included in the package is an adapted version of my outdoor lamp - of course in a beautiful wooden style - like the rest of your new villa.
The beach villa "Emma" is copy and modify. All scripts (door, water and the outdoor lamp) are copy only.
I've tried to keep the land impact with 63 as low as possible so that it won't impact your prim count that much.
Plaese notice before you buy:
- The flames in the fireplace can't turned off;
- The pool has no animations;
- Selling only the beach villa and the lamp - not the decoration around that you may see
