All layers individually set up. Just add! The only problem is, the creater didn't have the sense to name each layer by COLOR, just NUMBER, so you are required to waste time looking up the picture sent with the product (showing here: the picture of this product here in the marketplace) to figure out which numbe ris what. Short sighted and sloppy in that ONLY. The REST and quality is good. 5 stars because good Product! I care not for little tiny things like listed above. ;)
