Estate gates are scripted and linked to the posts. Open when clicked on.
Gates can easily be tinted to any color of your choice by using select face in edit mode.
Minimal land impact of 3 for gates and posts linked together. Stone fence with single post will only use 1/2 prim LI when linked. Stone fence with two posts is LI of 1.
