This is a rigged mesh head for the I monster European dragon inspired by vultures and similar birds. Some modding knowledge may be required.

Great head... eyes need work
The head itself is super easy to set up, but the one complaint I have, is the eyes don't shut when you use the hud. They Squint. If they could be set to close all the way, I'd give it an easy 5 :D
