The ice gun fires a snow ball that instantly freezes your victim in a solid block of ice. You then need to be quick to use the victim for whatever evil plans you have as the ice will melt if left or touched with a warm hand.
This does not require the victim to have a relay and uses the temp attach method so will ask to attach. also works well without any rlv needed.
