The non-DEMO mesh are copy and mod. This means you can create you own textured dress. It is rather easy. Place a copy of the mesh dess on the ground, Edit it and change the texture by dragging the new texture to the part of the mesh dress you want to change.
The mesh dres divided into different texture fields as seen in colour codes on the DEMO versions. Each one will take a unique texture and can be individually coloured. You have, therefore, a lot of options to making you own special mesh dress. Make sure you keep a copy of the dress before you modify it.
