This is a fountain with sprays of light rather than water. The basins have water in them and you can change them from 11 textures. 9 of the textures are normal water colors and the other two are red and green. You can change the texture of each of the basins and the lights in groups of 8 so you can have a rainbow of colors or a single one. There are also glow options for the sprays.
