When you buy this item, it will show in your inventory as an object. Select "wear" and it will attach to your chin then you may adjust it if required. Or attach it to another point and adjust as required if you wish.
The hat is modyfiable (is that even a word?!) so you can play around with how the texture sits on the hat by increasing the horizontal and vertical repeats in the edit box..... But before you do... make a copy of the hat first... and know a little about editing ...
