CyberMart by Ex Machina
This mini store building, inspired by sci fi, cyberpunk style, is perfect for a commercial area in an urban environment.
The package includes three color variations of the same structure: red, blue and white.
Included in the package are also the texture templates for the neon signs and screens for personalization.
The buildings come with Copy and Mod permissions.
Footprint: 11.500 x 5.850 x 7.2 height (excluded the neon sign and antenna)

I believe these buildings in the series are amazing. They are low impact and look amazing. There is space to fill in or rent out. 10/10!
Fantastic Modular Store Pieces
When it comes to designing a roleplay world, you need to be able to make parts mesh with your overall design. These mini-mart's not only work fantastic for that, but their ability to be modified and retextured ensures they can fit any art style. Their land impact is fantastic and their LOD's also hold up incredibly well for how relatively small they are.
My constructive feedback comes in terms of the the textures. With the kanji of the signs having their AO and glow baked into the diffuse textures of the object it would require a fair bit of photoshop and art knowledge to replace those textures. The advertisement signs have their individual faces all combined in one image, so again, some extra modding knowledge is needed in order to properly replace them with whatever ads the end-user wants.
This is only constructive feedback from someone using this for very specific purposes, 99% of SL users won't run into any of the issues from my critique.
All in all, Fantastic product as usual!
