This minimalistic style house was designed with simplicity, clean minimal lines and extremely low Land Impact in mind.
The house comes with a low 20 Land Impact, and it fits on a standard 512 sqm parcel.
The swimming pool is included.
Big sliding doors let you open the interior of the house to the swimming pool area creating a big open style ambient.
The grassy surrounding border can be detached.

I am in total love with this house!
I was looking for somethin small for a beach plot and found this. I'm really glad I did. It has a semi-open floor plan with lots of natural light that I love and the pool area is beautiful. The only thing I wish it has was a separate space for a bathroom. Other than that, this is my new favorite home!
